Tibco TIBBR™ is the only fully customizable enterprise tool for collaboration, social networking, and microblogging.
Designing an analytics dashboard for Tibbr administrators in order to see metrics to justify the purchase of Tibbr.
Knowledge of the complex relationships between departments in a large enterprise was previously hidden.
Identifying the right analytics that would be most relevant to the administrators was difficult. I could not speak directly with users to understand what they really want to know.
METRICS FOR INTERDEPARTMENTAL COMMUNICATION
I found a variety of metrics that help the user monitor communication among interdepartmental teams.
With the creation of the key metrics, users (admins) are able to quickly traverse related data and discover trends within interdepartmental communications.
Through interactive workshops, I found a variety of metrics that help the user discover trends among inter-departmental teams. The metrics were determined by the use of research, personas, feedback from the sales department.
We iterated on the best visualizations to use for each metric.
Knowledge of the complex relationships between multiple departments in a large enterprise was previously hidden. With the creation of the key metrics, users (admins) are able to quickly traverse related data and discover trends among inter-departmental teams.
I was not able to speak directly with users (administrators). After some persistence, I was able to talk with the saleswoman who is in contact with users. I learned that improving interdepartmental communication is the reason customers buy Tibbr for their companies.

After creating the initial key metrics, I unified and improved the metrics in annotated wireframes and documents.
